Caremark Kirklees Wins National Team Culture Award

Home care provider recognised among 140 offices across the UK and Ireland
Caremark Kirklees has been crowned winner of the Team Culture Award at the Caremark Franchise Awards 2026, taking the national top honour for a home care office that places its people at the heart of everything it does.
The accolade was announced at Caremark’s annual conference, where offices are recognised for delivering outstanding care, demonstrating strong leadership and making a meaningful contribution to the wider network.
Selected from more than 140 Caremark offices across the UK and Ireland, Caremark Kirklees stood out for its consistent, high-quality support for customers and their families.
Franchise Owners Duncan and Fiona Smith were praised for building a strong, positive culture within their service.
