States and applicable state law.
- Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website, products, or services operated by or on behalf of
MetaDiagram™ (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “MetaDiagram™”), you agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our website
or services. - Description of Service
MetaDiagram™ provides a system and related tools (including any website, software, or
applications) designed to help users organize and view life-related information in a single
frame or diagram (the “Service”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue
the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. - Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the
legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you create an
account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete
information and to update it as necessary. - Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, icons, software, design, and the “MetaDiagram” name and mark—are
owned by MetaDiagram™ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and
other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create
derivative works from any part of the Service or our intellectual property without our prior
written consent. Use of our trademarks (including “MetaDiagram™”) without permission is
prohibited. - User Content and License to Us
You may submit, upload, or store content through the Service (“User Content”). You retain
ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant MetaDiagram™ a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use,
reproduce, modify, and display such User Content as necessary to provide, operate, and
improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights
to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or
applicable law. - Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.

connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event
shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the
claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the
maximum extent permitted by law. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MetaDiagram™ and its affiliates, officers,
directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities,
and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of
the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law. - Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause
or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions
that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of
liability, and indemnification) shall survive termination. - Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by
posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your
continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. - General

exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.

remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies
we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and MetaDiagram™ regarding
the Service.
